Soundtracs Technical Help

Apologies to all you Soundtracs users out there but I have had introduce a £25.00 subscription to provide password protected technical help pages. (This is the price of a decent curry and beer in UK!)

The new pages will provide "one to one" tech. support and the subscription is a one-off and lasts for FOR LIFE! But please read on if you can't stump up the 25 quid.

We can also help out on other UK ANALOGUE consoles like Soundcraft, Allen+Heath and Studiomaster as I have had quite a few of these models to bits over the years, but not Behringer or Mackie - sorry.

So thanks for your support on this AND for using Soundtracs products. We have been working with them since 1982 and hope to be here at least another 20 years to help you keep 'em alive. We have also decide to provide a free USER PDF manual within the subscription (apart from the Solitaire, Jade and Sequel which are absolutely huge and we couldnt get them in the scanner!) I havn't included the circuit diagrams as they dont scan very well but will do "one offs" on high-res if needs be.

There are also Tech' bulletins, popular circuit diagrams and Q+A emails, typical faults and solutions AND MOST IMPORTANT if you cant get an answer or solution from the tech. pages (I'm still building the site) I will give you "one to one" email support until we have the problem cracked!

Not wishing to blow my own trumpet but David Lowe recently has troubles with his PC Midi, we got it all sorted and here is his return email :

Hi Tim,
You were of course absolutely correct, I switched them around and the desk is all working again. Fantastic. I should have realised there was something amiss when there were 4 ribbon cables and 24 channels. 3*8=24, what does the other one do? Anyway all fixed so thanks again and the best £25 I ever spent.
